Rules

Attendance

Practices and games are all mandatory.

Absences other than those prearranged with your coach or illness will be considered as an unexcused absence.

Unless prearranged with your coach tardiness will not be tolerated.

If a player/cheerleader has a written medical excuse not to play or cheer or limited participation, the player must submit a medical release from his/her physician before being able to participate.

Player Conduct and Attire

All players and cheerleaders MUST demonstrate the highest level of sportsmanship at all practices and games. After a first warning, the second warning will result in suspension and any further issues WILL result in permanent expulsion.

All players/cheerleaders must control their behavior and follow the rules and regulations of the Trans Valley Youth Football League and Central Saints Youth Football and Cheer Organization.

Required player attire at practices and games along with hair policy will always be in effect and strictly adhered to. Failure to follow the rules WILL result in the same suspension or expulsion rule.

Grievance Protocol

Parents/Guardians must direct all concerns or complaints to the parent liaison.

If your concern or complaint is still unresolved you may take it to the our league representative.

Practice and Game days

If any player/cheerleader or parent has a concern it may be discussed with the head coach prior to or at the end of practices or games. For best results, please call your coach and arrange a meeting in advance.

All players/cheerleaders must arrive 1.5 hours before game time unless otherwise directed by your coach. Each team may have special requirements that will be notified by the coach or team mom.

Parent/Guardian Conduct

If any parent/guardian has a concern, it will be discussed with the head coach prior to or at the end of practice or game away from the players.

Any parent/guardian or guests causing a disturbance or engaging in vulgar language will be asked by security to leave the premises immediately and after a second offense will not be allowed at practices or games.
Unsportsmanlike yelling at coaches, referees or storming on to the field will not be tolerated.

Coaching from the sidelines at practices or games is a distraction and is considered "A disturbance" and will not be allowed or tolerated.
