On July 12, 2004, a motorcycle accident claimed Coach Munchie Taylor's life.  His spirit and memories will remain in all of his friends and Saints family forever.  Munchie was the youngest certified coach in the history of the Trans Valley Youth Football League, coaching alongside his dad, Head Novice Coach Dave Taylor in the 2003 Central Saints season.  Munchie was a positive role model for many. His football jersey #51 will be retired, once his younger brother, Brent Taylor completes his last year with the Central Saints. Munchie was also a starter on the Modesto High football team and was involved in FFA, Luso, wrestling and diving.  Our hearts are with his parents, Julie and Dave Taylor.
